After breakfast, enjoy a morning at your leisure. This afternoon, we’ll hop aboard a long-tailed boat for a leisurely trip down the city’s khlongs (canals). A Thai puppet show awaits at Khlong Bang Luang Artist Village before we continue our scenic ride down the Chao Phraya River. On our way, we’ll stop to visit the magnificent temple of Wat Arun. After a day of sightseeing, it’s time for a street eats tour with a twist – travelling in a tuk-tuk. (B,L)

Today we’ll leave Bangkok behind us as we board a plane and continue our temple-exploring journey to Siem Reap in Cambodia. (B,D)
DAY 4 SIEM REAP
Prepare for your first adventure to the awe-inspiring Angkor Complex. We begin by visiting Angkor Wat with one of the region’s leading stone conservation experts, who’ll reveal how the site’s incredible structures were designed and carved. Then we’ll proceed to the Ta Prohm Temple before boarding a gondola and heading off on a sunset cruise along the moat of Angkor Thom, refreshing beverage in hand. (B,L,D)
DAY 5 SIEM REAP
This morning, we continue our temple tour with explorations of Banteay Srey and Banteay Samré before visiting the peaceful Ta Som, Neak Pean and Preah Khan temples this afternoon. Later, we’ll settle down for an evening under the big top at Phare, the Cambodian Circus. Expect tight-rope walking, juggling, contortion, music and theatre in one energetic showcase of Cambodian culture. (B,L)
DAY 6 SIEM REAP
Today we drive to the edge of the Tonle Sap Lake and embark on a cruise to Kampong Phluk, an isolated Khmer community built on wooden stilts. Our boat will take us through a mangrove forest, a unique ecosystem home to many different wildlife and bird species. After the boat trip, we continue to a small village called Chansar where we hop aboard an ox cart for a fun ride through the fields to the home of a Khmer family who specialise in making brooms from natural materials. After receiving a blessing from the monks, we’ll return to Siem Reap for the evening. (B,L)
